Refunds

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will be issued store credit for the adjusted amount and you can use it in your subsequent shopping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the delivery date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days.

Shipping Policy

Delivery times are quoted in business days and are estimates only. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After an item has been shipped, average delivery times vary from 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 1-4 weeks for international orders (depending on the country). During giveaways and sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order (due to the high volume of orders we receive during those times)..
